Bruce Withrow is the founder of Meeting Facilitators International. Meeting Facilitators International has only one line of business -- meeting facilitation.

Since founding the company in 1992 Bruce has been the meeting facilitator for over 700 strategic planning sessions, corporate retreats, and customer advisory boards, with senior executives at meetings across Canada, the United States and Europe.

His strategy clients range in size from large Fortune 100 companies like Winn Dixie where he helped with IT Strategy to small not-for-profits like the National Hispanic Council on Aging who he helped created a vision and strategy for. He also works with a significant number of small but growing entrepreneurial companies like AngioDynamics and Quickie Manufacturing who typically want to develop strategic plans including goals and objectives.

Bruce has also been called on recently to do a lot of work with Customer Advisory Boards for companies like Moen, Sprint Nextel, and Ethicon Endo Surgery.

As time goes on he is constantly revising his facilitation technique with a goal of developing the best possible toolset to draw-upon when working with senior management.

Bruce has experience beyond that of just a consultant. He too has been part of a management team spending over 10 years in a variety of senior positions with AMP of Canada. Prior to that he earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 1980 with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is also a former Director of the Strategic Leadership Forum in Toronto.
